I think the best way to understand someone is by what section of the book shop you will find them in. For me, you will always find me in the Mind, Body & Spirit section.

I am a seeker of truth, always looking for the reason behind something, asking questions such as how did it get that way, what’s beneath the surface and what’s at the core? These are the qualities that led me to kinesiology and make me passionate about helping people be the best they can be.

Before I started practicing kinesiology, balancing family life with my husband, 3 kids and a career in administration came easily to me. I’m a naturally organised person, so juggling demands isn’t difficult. But I yearned for something more than just a good family and career. Something with substance, something where I worked with people and something that quenched the desire that the section of the bookshop drew me to. Kinesiology provides that something.

I know that by using kinesiology to help people uncover and recognise their truth, I can begin them on the path of freedom, well-being, vitality, passion, joy and connection. I can help them be free from anxiety and pain.
